His actions are evil and mischievous but only because follows the orders of his evil creator. In truth, he is often very lonely and is impressed by people who have friends because he has very few friends. Despite what he does, he is loyal and does not like killing.
Past: Bubbleman.EXE is a netnavi originally programmed for underwater research. His creator had other plans for him as well. Bubbleman was made to spread a virus through washing machines. He was promptly deleted by Protoman after that but he was reprogrammed.
Bubbleman became Shademan's most trusted ally and is the only one who didn't betray him after Laserman takes over.
After he is deleted a second time he is left to fend for himself as most people find him useless. He continues to aid the people who have always been in charge of him but doesn't expect anything in return, often taking the fall for someone else. Though he vowed revenge on Megaman and Protoman and is generally evil, he saves baby Trill at one point because he was not old enough to save himself.
Even though Bubbleman wants revenge against Megaman and Protoman, he still never interferes with them when they are trying to help someone (unless his orders say otherwise), preferring to attack them afterwards when there is not any immediate danger.
